BAY RIDGE HOSPITALITY and its affiliates have been involved in the commercial real estate markets for over 35 years. In the Hospitality sector, the Company has been involved in over 55 separate hotel and/or restaurant properties, encompassing projects from a small 35-unit beachfront boutique hotel to a massive 1,024-room franchised hotel in a major US tourist destination. The principals of the Company have experience in all phases of the market, from investment, development, and management to brokerage. Our executive team is as follows:

Pamela Snyder


Ms. Snyder has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience. Over the last 10 years Ms. Snyder has worked exclusively in the Hospitality sector with oversite of the financial budgeting, design, construction, and brokerage of multiple acquisitions. Ms. Snyder previously held positions with Rouse Company, Developers Diversified, and Kraus Anderson. She has managed over 2.5 million square feet of office and retail properties during her career and for the past several years has been working internationally on the development of an upscale resort property.

Ms. Snyder holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota and has completed the mini-masters series in Entrepreneurship at the University of St. Thomas. Ms. Snyder holds a Real Estate Commercial Brokers license and the designation of Certified Shopping Center Manager, Resort and Second Home Property Specialist, and is a CCIM candidate.

R.S. Tripp Snyder


Mr. Snyder has been involved in the business of developing, owning and operating hotels since 1981. From that time to the present he has been involved in the ownership of over 8600 hotel rooms. Over the last several years, he successfully concluded over $200 million in hotel acquisitions. Mr. Snyder brings enormous value to our company with his leadership and expertise in financial analysis, investment presentations, capital management, and new development.

Mr. Snyder has an undergraduate honors degree in Economics from Stanford University, a MBA from Harvard University, and a JD from the University of Denver Law School. In addition to his business interests in the hospitality industry, he also taught Venture Finance for 4 years at the University of St. Thomas as an Adjunct Professor.
